Where do I get a residents permit from?
- You should have received a Residents
Permit with your council tax bill in March 2012. If you have not
received one please contact 0845 607 2007 to request
one.
What if I move to the
area?
- If you move to the area please call 0845
607 2007 to request a Residents Permit
- Alternatively you can visit your local
Worcestershire Hub in person:
Redditch – Town Hall Alcester Road, Redditch, B98

Bromsgrove – adjacent to Dolphin Centre,

What do I do with my permit?
- To reduce the amount of time that your visit takes please
clearly display your permit in your vehicle upon entering the
site.
What happens if my permit is lost or
stolen?
- To request another permit please call 0845 607 2007
Can I use an old permit?
- If you turn up with an old permit you will still be able to use
the site, however your permit will be retained by the site staff
and you will be given an application form and instructed to apply
for a new permit.
Does the permit have an expiry date?
- The current permit will expire on 31st
March 2015.
Can I use the site if I do not
have a Residents Permit?
- Yes – Upon entering the site you will be
requested to provide proof of residency from within Herefordshire
and Worcestershire.
What is acceptable as proof of
residency?
- Driving licence
- Recent utility or council tax bill (within
last 3 months)
- Bank statement, Council Tax Bill, property
tenancy agreement
- Valid Commercial Vehicle & Trailer
(CVT) Permit
- Current vehicle insurance
document
Can I use the sites if I am not a
resident of Bromsgrove District or Redditch
Borough?
- Yes – If you are a resident of
Herefordshire or Worcestershire not living in either Bromsgrove or
Redditch but wish to use either Household Recycling Centre you must
obtain a Residents Permit in advance by calling 0845 607 2007 or
taking proof of residency with you to the site.
